Often times knowing the make/model of the wheelchair is the place where you need to start the mouting journey as not all wheelchair can be mounted onto.
Knowing that you can mount to a wheelchair, even if it is in our list below, still doesn’t ensure that it’s possible to do so.
Much like the assistive technology you’re looking to mount and position on the wheelchair, the chair itself will be individually tailored to the person’s needs, which might mean you have to “negotiate” for room to attach a clamp with other items that are there already, like arm-rest posts or harness attachment points or vehicle tie-downs.
